Clipboard Error

Recently, when I've tried to complete an online survey I get an unusual error
message. "Do you want the internet to access Clipboard?" When this occurs,
there's no way to turn it off and I must restart my ISP program.

It doesn't happen every time I do a survey, but, when it does there no other
recourse other than an ISP restart. Any clue to this query will be
appreciated.

Jon,

I've tried what you led me to and I'll have to wait to see what happens the
next survey go-round. Thanks for the quick message. Wish us luck.

Wesley,

I've done what Jon had advised earlier and I'll find out if it works next
time I complete a survey. But, thanks for your efforts.
