Clip Art and 2003 PPT

I bought 2003 Office today and I notice you don't get a media CD like in
Office XP. Do you get the same clip art found in 2002?

Good question, Joseph. I don't know the answer.

I do know that you can find most (all?) of the clips at
http://dgl.microsoft.com, though. Much of the clip content will probably
be provided via the web if you have an internet connection on the
machine you're using.

Sorry, I know that doesn't really answer your question. We'll have to
wait until someone in the know can help out with this one.

Hi Joseph,

there's a lot of ClipArt delivered with Office 2003. If you think it's not
sufficient, you might try to reinstall your installation disk, do a custom
animation and see whether you can check installing more ClipArt. If you
chose Minimum installation, not all of ClipArt is installed to save disk
space. If you have been using PPT 2002 (or a previous version), you can
continue using your "old" ClipArt. Maybe you have to tell PowerPoint to
search for it: Use "Organize Clips" at the bottom of the ClipArt task pane,
it will open Microsoft Office Clip Organizer, click on "File - Add Clips to
Organizer" and search your disk automatically or manually.

If you dont't find what you're looking for, click on "Clips online" or
follow this link: http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/default.aspx. Echo's
link will also work, but Microsoft has rearranged its website and the former
"Design Gallery Live" is now the "ClipArt and Media" section of Office
Online. You'll find lots and lots of clips there for download. A tip for all
Non-American readers of this newsgroup: try to access the USA version of
Office Online ("Related Web Sites - Office Worldwide" in the bottom left
corner of Office Online), they have a lot more than the other national
versions!

Kind regards
Ute
