client services for netware blocking fast user switching

I already uninstalled my client services for netware...but it still wont let me have fast user switching...i went to network connections..right clicked on my connection and uninstalled it...but i still dont get fast user switching.....please help

User Accounts (in Control Panel).
Change the way users logon.
