Client service for NetWare not start

I 've include the Client service for NetWare and the relative
components into my XPE runtime image.
The cnws appears in the control panel.
and the Client service for Netware has started in the Service List.

But ,when I create a new user, and logon on with the new user
firsttime, the Dialog Frame of Netware Service doesnot appear .ISo I
can't connect the Novell Server with this User.

The User has been added into Administrators Group;

Why? Is there any parameters that I must set?

Have you checked the event log and see what error messages being
generated?
