Client mapped ports

I have a Win2k Terminal Server, running SP4. Somehow the
client ports for adding a printer got deleted.(TS001,
TS002, TS003) or lost. How do I get these back so clients
are mapping printer again at login.

PS. They don't show up when you go to add new printer
wizard, under port to install printer on.

Thanks

On the client, do you have the option checked to allow the
terminal server to map your client printers?

Yes the client works fine on other Terminal Servers. This
ONE does not add printers. When you go to printers and
then add printer, when you get to the option to select a
port to install it on there are no TS00* ports.

Did you get your issue resolved? I think I'm experiencing
the same thing. I posted a thread.

Does this happen with all the client computers logging on,
or just from one specific client computer?

Can you verify that the spooler is started properly and
that the RDP-TCP settings in your terminal services
configuration are all trying to map the client printers?

Drive mapping is greyed out because it is not supported under W2K
TS.
The setting is there because it will become available if you
install Citrix MetaFrame on top of W2K TS.

Okay thought I had it I am getting a message that it is
unable to print to printer. It is also logging a event
id: 61 " win32: 3003" message in event viewer.

Help!
