Client Issues

I'm trying to connect a Win 98 workstation to my Domain and use network
shares but I'm having a small probelm and not sure if its DNS or not.

THe unit will connect to the Domain no problem but if I them try and access
the server using \\<servername>, it times out. If I access the server using
\\<IPaddess> then I can see the shares on the server. If I then go back and
type in \\<servername>, I can then also see the shares. Once I reboot the
unit, the problem comes back.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Geoff

I believe these articles are related to your issues. I've seen this a few
times rear their heads in different forms when it comes to W9x and W2k
domain communication.
