Client drive mapping

We have a win2k TS that we want to let vendors use for support
They can use it now no problem except for moving files
We need to be able to have the vendors transfer files from the servers to
their workstation. Is there anyway a client can connect local drives via the
internet?
The drive mapping works fine on the local lan, but doesnt work via the net
I know that if the vendors makes a vpn connection it will work
Can you do this in 2003 TS?
Is there some work around for it?

Yes, Windows 2003 TS supports local drive redirection.
On W2K TS, try TSDropCopy or use FTP.
