Client cannot create profile

I am running 2k TS, and am trying to connect to it with a
2k pro computer. I get a message after I log into the
domain with the correct credentials that says:

Windows cannot create profile directory
\\servername\tsprofile$\username. You will be logged in
with local profile blah blah blah.

Any ideas? This may be more of a network problem, but she
can log into the network fine without that error message.

Have you checked the permissions on the tsprofile folder? Does the
user have the right to create a subdirectory?

Where should I check thats rights ?
I checked the C:\PERFILESTS where I have put all the profiles (a subfolder
for each user, created automatically), but it seems to have the correct
rights, nevertheless, the user get the same advice each time he logs on.
