New User Profiles

I made a new user profile. When I try to log on as that user, I get the
message access denied blah, blah etc, see your network admin.
This profile is created by logging on as administrator but still cannot log
on using the new user name. Any Ideas, suggestions, etc......

Local? Is this a member server? Workgroup?

* Accuracy of any error messages is key to your solution.

log on using the new user name.
* Logging on locally or to domain?
* Have you check the local security policy 'Allow logon locally' ?

The \default user profile is probably damaged or corrupt or incorrect
permissions.
