Client Based Rule Issue

I have a user who is using client based rules in Outlook 2002 SP3. Her
machine will only allow her to save 13 rules. When she tries to save more it
states that the machine has run out of space, her machine has over 2GB of
free space left. She is using Client and not Server based rules because
certain Rule Critera do not work when using Exchange.

If she's using Exchange, then her rules are limited to occupying 32K (be
they client-side or not) and there's nothing that can be done about it.
