Clicking

Hi
I have finished a full recovery on my WindowsXP and I cannot get the double
click to open programs. Can someone please tell me how to 'fix' it.

Start | Run | Type: control folders |
General tab | Under click item as follows select:
Double-click... | Apply | OK
