Clicking sound on IE 6.0

How in the world do I get rid of the clicking noise IE
makes every time I click on anything?

HELP!
 
For Win XP

Control Panel
Sound and Audio Devices
Sound tab
Select Windows Explorer / Start Navigation
Sounds, Select (None)
OK
