For some reason, when I click on a hyperlink in an E-mail
message, nothing happens (it is supposed to open an
Internet Explorer window and go to the specified URL).
The address of the URL appears on the status bar and the
cursor changes to the pointing finger when it is moved
over the hyperlink, but when it is clicked, nothing
happens, except that the color of the hyperlink changes
to indicate that the link has been visited. If the right
mouse button is clicked when the cursor is over the
hyperlink, the regular message menu appears
(i.e. "Copy", "Copy Shortcut", "Save Target As", etc.),
instead of the hyperlink menu (i.e. "Open", "Open in New
Window", etc.). In other words, the hyperlink seems to
be disabled. I cannot find any options in either Outlook
Express or Internet Explorer which could enable or
disable hyperlinks. Could anyone please help me out on
this one? Maybe an update to either Internet Explorer or
Outlook Express caused this?
Thank you.
