Clicking folder with files inside does not show files

I have a folder on a CD with the name IRA 655-283914. When I click the
folder name which is IRA 655-283914 the properties of this folder show 6
files. My problem is that when I click the folder name it does not display
the files. Do you have any suggestions as to what I should do to make the
folder open so that I can see can have acces to the files inside the folder.

Set folder options to view hidden and system files.
