Click on User Name Blue Screen

When I turn on my computer, I get a blue screen that says to click on my
user name, but there is no user name to click on. This happened a few
days ago and I completely reinstalled Windows XP and all of my
programs. Two days later, the same screen, the same problem. I have
installed service pack 2. Help.
