Click inside both Spreadsheet and VBE - Back and forth

Can you set things up so that both
the Spreadsheet and the related VBE
can share the screen *PLUS* allow you
to (with one click) jump from one -to
the other; I'm tired on when I click
on my Spreadsheet to enter something
the VBE minimizes and I have to go back
and bring it back up in order to see any action
that takes place on both..

Resize both windows to fit side by each.

That is......the VBE main window and the Excel main window.
