How can I click on one of my favorities, and get it to open in a new window
? Thank you.
 
Launch Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll down to
"Reuse windows for launching shortcuts", uncheck the
box next to it, then click on Apply.
