Clearing Pop-Under ads

Just a guess, but right click the taskbar and go to
properties.
Then click the box that says "Group icons of similar type"
or something like that.
Giddyup.
 
Or use the browser "Mozilla" that has a function that
says "Do not allow unclicked windows to open".

Which will block all Pop UPS or Unders.

Perhaps not everyone wants to change browsers just to block popups. There
are dozens of small, free utilities that will do the job. Here is a list,
by no means complete.

Manager myself, but there are plenty to choose from.
