Clearing History

Whenever I open any document Word, Excel, a Photoshop
picture, etc. it is added to my History folder on
Explorer and when I try to clear History it will not
clear. How can I correct this?

I don't think you can prevent that. To clear them, use Windows Explorer to
open the History folder. Delete them from there.
