I'm setting up new folder and subfolders, and I'd like to re-do my rules
completely for my mail in Outlook. Deleting them one at a time is
tremendously time consuming. They each have a check mark next to them. Is
there a way to clear them all out at once?

Solved this one myself! I just had to click on the top one and hold while
pulling the cursor down to highlight, and then hit delete on several at once.

You can also open Outlook with the /cleanrules switch:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanrules
