Clearing All network settings???

Greetings,

Is there a way to reset all network settings to basic. So that I can
reinstall from scratch all the odd pieces of network?

History is:
I upgraded from XP Home to Pro. Since that time I can see the
workstations (peer2peer with hub), but the workstations can't see the
server. Both workstations are running XP Pro and could see and be seen
by the previous setup (Server/Home & Workstations/Pro)
