server sees all, all do not see server

Greetings,

I have just upgrade (if that is the correct word) from XP Home to XP
Pro. It all went horribly wrong, and during a Thunderstorm I basically
got in to a big loop.
I had to restart by installing this time, XP Pro. This meant that all
the previous software will have to be installed.
The system consists of three PC's. The one which had Home on it and two
others with Pro. All the PC's could see each other.
That lot is just the history of it all.
My problem is that :::::
My server can see both the other PC's
Neither of the PCs can see the Server.

Both workstations can ping the server
Both workstations can see the server with ipconfig
Both workstations are able to connect to the Internet via ICS.
The drives on the Server are shared.
The two workstations can see each other and access the data.

This is actually a P2P network with a Workgroup.

There is something I've missed and it's just not gelling.....

Is there something I have to turn on in the config to allow the others
to see the server? What the heck have I missed.

HELP PLEASE

Go under your interfaces and see if (file and printer sharing for
microsoft networks) is listed, if not go to install and install it. Or
check to see if you have a firewall blocking it windows or other.
