If these are in the Autocomplete drop-down box, clearing the History from
IE> Tools> Internet Options> General will eliminate them.
If they're URLs which you've typed into the Address Bar:
Those are in a TypedURLs key in the registry. This article explains the

Removing some or all entries is an easy registry edit.
For an easier, safer removal method, go to
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm
and download "DelTypedURL." This INF file will remove all entries.

If you type URLs in via File> Open, instead of the address bar, they aren't
saved in the TypedURLs key
and you can keep a select few URLs in the drop-down list.
