clear sent items using cmd

Good day. I use mapisend to send e-mails = 5000 a day.
This unfortunately saves a copy of the mail in the send
items (outlook). The setting: don't save a copy of sent
items does not work for mails sent via mapisend. SO I am
trying to setup a script that clears out the sent items.

Can anyone please give me an idication of how I can
achieve this with cmd?
