Clear IE Address

i have clicked the clear history, delete cookies, delete temp files but the
site that i have been to are still shown in the address bar. when i type in
www.uo (the whole domain came out for selection)

how do i clear the website domain from the address bar ?

how do i clear the website domain from the address bar ?

Remove any Favorites you have which are associated with site.
Also if you used any form fields on any pages on that site there will be
AutoComplete data stored which is associated with that site.
You could try finding the all such pages you have visited in order
to delete it; however I am not sure that doing that would necessarily
remove the site name from the registry. Similarly if you have any stored
passwords associated with that site you would have to delete them.
Again, I am not sure that doing that would necessarily remove the site
name from the registry. It would be better (certainly easier) I think
to clear all saved form data and passwords by using the command buttons
in the AutoComplete Settings dialog via the Options, Contents tab.

Alternatively, if you don't want to use AutoComplete for Web addresses
just turn it off!
