Clear Formatting - text still justified

Is there any way to clear all formatting in a document that leaves the text
left-aligned?

Word 2002

CTRL+A apply Normal style then CTRL+Space will set the document to the base
style.
However I suspect there may be more to your question than this? See

Thanks for the response.

Some of the paragraphs are left-aligned and some are justified. I wanted to
know if there was a quick way to clear all formatting and make all the
paragraphs the same.

Ctrl+A, Ctrl+Shift+N should do it, or even Ctrl+A, Ctrl+L.
