Cleanup

I want to free up some space on my computer and wanted to
know what is safe to delete in the C and D drive. Is the D
drive where all the sytem works are ?

u just right click on the 'c' drive icon properties->diskcleanup,then a dialouge box with file to delete comes then click 'ok' if u want to clear all the unneccessary files to free up to disk space
