This utility consumes 100% of CPU usage as measured by
Task Manager even when I'm running no other processes. It
causes the system to slow down and often freeze. After 10
minutes or so, nothing is happening but clicking 'cancel'
or the 'X' doesn't stop it. The only way to shut it down
is to go into Task Manager and individually end the
process. I'm running SP4 and have all the updates. Any
suggestions?
