Cleaning up PocketPc Memory

On my iPaq I have a quicktask button (curled arrow), that shows me all of
the running applications, if I tap and hold a pop-up menu shows the option
of closing a task, or all tasks.
Otherwise, you go to settings-->Memory and click on the "Running Programs"
tab where you can select an application and close it.
 
Anyone knows how to clean up an specific or all the programs that are active
in the PocketPc memory?
