Cleaning up Comp after the day's browsing

I recently updated my OS from ME to XP professional- now
I can't find anything!

How do I locate: temporary internet files; history of
sites visited recently; Cookies; Cache; bart cache, etc.-
so that I leave no easy trace of sites visited?

Start by opening Internet Explorer, click on Tools, Click on Internet
Options and click on General.
