Clean Registry of Adware/Junk Like That

How do i clean the registry of all that junk I DON'T need
(uninstalled) and all that junk that gets in there
because of spyware/adware/etc (from downloading kazaa,
etc). thanks in advance

I use both Ad-Aware and Spybot, make sure you update the programs after
