Clean out the Hard drive

I need specific step-by-step instructions on how the
completely clean out the Hard drive and reinstall the
operating system. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!!!

If you are using Windows XP,
First boot into your BIOS, and set the CDROM to boot before the hard drive
does.
Then insert the XP CD and reboot.
All the tools necessary to delete and create partitions, format and install
XP are on the CD.
