Class not registered dialog when trying to load Excel add-ins.

When trying to install the Solver add-in in Excel 2003 - I get an error
message "Class not registered. Looking for object with
CLSID:{AC9F0-E877-11CE-9F68-00AA00574A4F}. Any suggestions????

Try the following: Close Excel. Go to the Windows Start menu and
choose Run. In that box, enter the following:

Excel.exe /regserver

This will cause Excel to start, re-register itself with Windows,
then quit. Now start Excel normally.
