EXCEL 2002 Launch Error

When I launch EXCEL 2002 (part of Office Professional) I always get the
follwing error message in the small pop-up window:
The title bar shows: Microsoft Visual Basic There is the red icon
with a white X.
Then the message: "Class not registered.
Looking for object with CLSID:{AC9F2F90-E877-11CE-9F68-00AA00574A4F}"
There are the two buttons "OK" and "Help". If I click OK, or close the
window, then EXCEL launches with no apparent problems.
How do I get rid of this nuisance?

Thanks Jan, The problem was with a file (PDFMaker.xla) in the EXCEL Startup
folder.
Removed it and all is cool again.
No longer aggravated.
