Hi everybody

I'm hoping somebody can help me. For some reason I've started receiving the
following error when I open MS Excel (2003):

Dialog Box heading: Microsoft Visual Basic
Class not registered.
Looking for object with CLSID:{AC9F2F90-E877-11CE-9F68-00AA00574A4F}

I read the KnowledgeBase article about registering Fm20.dll, but when I try
to do it using RegSvr32 and I get another error:

Dialog Box heading: RegSvr32
LoadLibrary("fm20.dll") failed - This application has failed to start
because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the
application may fix this problem.

I have completely removed Office 2003 from my computer and reinstalled, but
no luck - I just keep getting the same errors.

Any ideas?

Thank you

Jessica

Try the following:

Close Excel
Go to the Windows Start menu and choose Run.
Enter Excel.exe /regserver
Press OK.

This will cause Excel to start, rewrite all of its registry
entries to their defaults, then quit.

Start Excel normally.
