Christmas Presentation and only 1 day till......!!!!

Okay, we're in a pickle. My wife has created a PPT presentation for the
family as a Christmas present. It has animation and linked with Music.

My problem:

We need to send this to someone who uses a Mac. Will they be able to view
it since we use a PC?

The big problem - Even zipped, the file is 15 MB's due to the wav. files
that need to be attached and exceeds our e-mail capacity. So what to do?

Options I've seen: Convert to Flash? Publish on the web? I have an MSN
Live Spaces page, can I publish on that for everyone to see?

Sorry, lots of questions and only one day until Christmas. Bottom line is
that we have a big PPT file that we want to share with the family and can't
figure out how to do it.

For the second, I would advise to follow the trick mentioned in the
following link, which allows you to mask an mp3 music file as a wave. Look
for quick fix for mp3. That will reduce the size considerably.
