CHM printing

I have a lot applications with chm-helpfiles (xxx.CHM). Within these chm
files often images are included. I want to print the full chm file. So
when I select the heading and press the print button I get the PopUp
menu which give me two options. The first is print the selected topic
and the second option is print the selected topic *and* all its sub
topics. Selecting the first option, I get the content of the page on the
paper inclusive all the images. But when I select the second option then
only the text is printed but no images. Instead only rectangles are
shown. Can anyone tell, why this is happens? My Requirement is to print
the complete CHM file with all the data (text and *images*).

BTW: Tried printing via PDF driver - the same result: no images :-(

Is there a program that opens CHM files and print the file completely
inclusive the subtopics and inclusive the images?

System: Windows XP HOME SP1
