After installing Real One on my XP, I shut the computer
off then restarted it and a blue screen comes up with the
message, "File record segment 34576 is unreadable". I
restart and hit the enter key so this screen will be
skipped and try and defrag and I get this message, "Disk
Defragmneter has detected that chkdsk is scheduled to run
on volume :(C)., Please run Chkdsk /F".

Please what can I do to resolve this problem, I've tried
a restore and I get the same problem.

Thank you

Angie

You need to run CHKDSK to correct the corruption problems
with your volume (file system).

To run CHKDSK:
Start > Run... > "cmd" [ENTER] > "chkdsk c: /f" [ENTER]

!! Do Not use System Restore when you have a corrupted
volume.
