Try to see any Error message in the Event viewer that may lead to the
culprit for this Error message.
To access Event Viewer do this:
Open a Run Command and type:
eventvwr click [OK] and look for Error Messages (X) there and double click
them to get more info about the program causing this, then post them here in
your next Post.
