Hi,

I ran chkdsk and a message comes up that it can't continue to run in
read -only mode. Is there something I need to change.

To ckkdsk and system volume, schedule it for the next reboot.
Then restart your computer.

You can also boot in "recovery cnosole" to run chkdsk. More details can be
