Chkdsk will not run clean

How can I get chkdesk to run clean. I have done
everything I can on my server with a 131 Gig D: drive and
it will not run clean. I have ran chkdsk /f /r which
require reboots. The active directory system is on this
drive so I can not get it to dismount without a reboot.
