Chkdsk utility, help please

My daughter has been trying to log onto her My space but, this message
comes up about a corrupt file:

waol.exe - corrupt file
c:\Document and Setting\Kim\Cookies\kim@myspace[2]/txt
then it says run Chkdsk Utility

How do I do this please, any help would be most grateful.
