Chkdsk on XP startup

R

Richard Kingdon

Just recently every time I start XP a message appears stating that chkdsk
needs to check on of my hard drives. How can I stop this from happening and
is it safe to run chkdsk with the F switch (/F) under XP without damaging my
files
Thanks.
