chkdsk is unable to correct file system

i have problem that when i run chkdsk in command prompt show the following
message

correcting errors in volume bitmap
windows found problems with the file system
rub chkdsk with the /f (fix) option to correct these.

when i
run the chkdsk with /f and /r options and again chkdsk to see whether the
error is correct or not.it display the same message again. i run chkdsk with
/f and /r options many time but it does not correct this option.
i want to know how can i solve this problem.
