Chkdsk deleting system files

hmm, it sounds like a good idea, but when looking in the .log, I find
several pages with drivers that wasn't loaded, the first one being
ACPI, could this mean all of these drivers have pronblems, or is ACPI
necessary for alot of things to load?
 
You probably need a BIOS upgrade. The 'standby' features (acpi) are going to shut down the system.
