CHKDSK always finds errors

I have Recovery Console installed as startup option.
Every time I boot into recovery console after Windows shutdown and run
CHKDSK /p or CHKDSK /r on C:, it always finds "one or more errors".

I don't have any other problems with my computer. It seems that just booting
into Windows and shuttting down causes some errors on disk.
Are these errors real?
Or maybe something will hang in some weird state on Windows shutdown?
pagefile.sys or hiberfil.sys?

I have WinXP SP2

Go to the drive maker's web site and download their diagnostic utility.
Use it to check your hard drive. Maybe it is going bad.

Backup immediately, run drive mfg diag. Don't assume nothing is wrong. It's
like the old joke - Patient - "Doc, it hurts when I do this!" Doc - "Well
don't do that!". It's not a good idea to ignore errors when it comes to a
hard drive.

Here is the disk check log from Event Viewer, anybody can explain it?

Cleaning up 2 unused index entries from index $SII of file 0x9.

Cleaning up 2 unused index entries from index $SDH of file 0x9.

Cleaning up 2 unused security descriptors.

Ran checkdisk again and now it found the same things only four of them.

Cleaning up 4 unused index entries from index $SII of file 0x9.

Cleaning up 4 unused security descriptors.
