Chinese Signs

Hi,

a friend of mine is chinese and uses a chinese windows xp pro. since today
he is nomore able to generate chinese signs. How can i make xp to generate
chinese signs again? He told me he only can work with words but not with
single signs.

Is anybode there who can imagine the problem and can tell me how to fix it?
I am german and my english isn´t very good - but i try my best.

You might want to try this for your friend's computer:

This will bring back the language.
