Chinese Fonts

We've got a problem with our Application. It won't display chinese
characters correctly when running on Embedded XP.

On a standard XP machine with chinese language support added our application
works fine.

We've just re-built our XPe to include chinese language support (in fact we
put in almost every component that has Chinese in the component name) with no
luck

We just get a square where the characters should be.

Our application is written in c# and uses .net3.5

In the Components Pane on Target designer i have three chinese MUI components.

Internet Explorer, Terminal Server and Windows Media Player. None of these
bring in any extra font files or registry settings.

We're fairly sure it's something to do with font substitution.

Did you install the MUI Packs into the database after installing XPe tools +
database? these are seperate installs?

There should be a component called Chinese (Simplified or Traditional) MUI
Resource.

i can't remember what i installed originally. It's been a couple of years
since the original installation (with updates on top of that).

Is there a simple way of finding out whether i installed any MUIs. (For
example in the database manager).

I'm not at my work PC at the moment but i can have a look on Monday
