Chinese email problem

Hi,

I know there were some posted problem regarding Chinese email problem but
none of it provides me the correct solution. Anyway, I have problem with
Chinese email and there are 3 different scenarios.
1) I cannot read the subject of the mails, if it is in Chinese i.e. it
displays garbage
2) I cannot read the content of the e-mail, , if it is in Chinese.
3) I cannot read the Chinese character in some attached doc.

My PC is running Windows XP SP2 and Outlook XP SP3

Please advise. Thanks!

Tell the sender to use unicode
