Chinese App

Hi

i have an application available in both Eng and Chinese version.
Chinese version requires Richwin to be installed.

but i know winxp supports chinese. as such, i do not wish to buy and
introduce something else unnecessarily. may i know how can i install
the
Big5 or GB fonts so that i can view chinese char in the application ?
eg the application pull down list, labels on the buttons etc ?
